Kemetic Reiki at Ire Solrise is more than just a healing practice—it is a spiritual journey of rediscovery and transformation.
Kemetic Reiki is a healing technique taught by Egyptian priest, priestess, physicians, and healers. Kemetic Reiki involves cultivating one’s own energy their Lifeforce or “Sekhem” by manipulating and removing negative energy in our body and replacing that energy from The Most High our creator, and source of all; to bring balance and harmony and healing from disease and pain, while assisting in regulating your nervous system, assisting with adrenal fatigue through constant stress, and helping us to heal and open open our hearts. Kemetic Reiki heals every aspect of who we are emotionally, physical, mental, and spiritual body. Kemetic Reiki or Reiki in general is like “Laying of hands”. As healers and light workers, we use the energy in the palms of our hands which is called “Nini” or “Nu” which essentially refers to the energy in the palm of our hands. Reiki or laying Of hands has been consciously and unconsciously practiced by Africa, Japan, Buddhist, and even Christians.
Energy is a force that cannot be created or destroyed. it is an unforeseen force that is in all of us and in all living things; it is our life force that sustains us just as are breath does. Energy is connected to the elements and our 5 senses (touch, taste, smell, sight, and hearing). So, anything directly affecting your senses is affecting your energy. This energy vibrates through sound in the form of frequency, It vibrates through different colors, and all of elements such as water which is cleansing, fire which ignites us, earth grounds us and air our breath. This energy flows through us in our blood, nervous system, lymphatic system, all of our body organs and this is why it is known as our Life force our “Sekhem”. When our energy is vibrating high or low we feel it physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our energy can be affected by many factors such as food, our internal and external environment, chemicals, sounds, the things that we see on and hear from TV and others. Our energy can be affected by how we treat ourselves, how we talk about ourselves, the things we think about, what we put into our bodies whether its food, drugs, and or alcohol. Our energy is connected to our breath, blood, and spirit. And we all have the ability to manipulate and cultivate our own energy as well as the energy around us. Our life force is connected to our will power, our drive to do more, and become more.
Our Aura is our life-sustaining energy field that surrounds us, and every living thing is composed of electromagnetic radiation and effects or can be affected by our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies. Which was taught to us by our master teacher, Rekhit Kajara; and many other great black philosophers and teachers such as Dr. Llaila Afrika and Dr. Delbert Blair. Are Ora acts and is. Our protective shield. Deflecting negative energy from interacting with us. When our aura is weak, it allows other energies to penetrate our energy, affecting the way that we think, the way we act, the way we feel, the way we eat, the way we see; And decreases our life force “Sekhem”, our vitality. You'll notice that you'll start to become more sluggish. More fatigue. Eating more, heavier foods because of your mood. But when your aura is strong, healthy and vibrant and radiant. You feel energized, you feel happy, excited to live. And to experience life in the present moment. We use Ra Sekhi Kemetic Reiki to clear and strengthen our auras our Auras so it can protect us. Our auras vibrate off the frequency of color because colors have an energetic vibration. Colors have different spiritual meanings whether it’s a light color, warm, soft, and or dark. There are things that can positively affect our auras and negatively affect our aura. Things that can negatively affect our Ora are things such as a poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of rest, stress, drugs, alcohol, negative habits, negative thinking, being in a constant negative environment such as violence and conflict. Things that positively affect our aura are laughing often, spend time outside of nature, detoxing (eating fresh fruits and vegetables), meditate, pray, exercise, and live with good character.
