1. Booking and Cancellation
- Booking: Appointments for services such as Reiki, doula services, womb massages, ear candling, tarot reading, and sound healing must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Scheduling opens on the second Sunday of every month, so mark your calendar to secure your spot!"
- Deposit: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, or 8 hours the latest, to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit; please reach out to us via email, What's App messaging, text, or call. We are very understanding and wish to accommodate you in any way that we can.

- Privacy: All consultations and treatments are confidential. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal health information without your explicit consent.
- Records: Any records or notes taken during your consultation will be securely stored and only accessible by authorized personnel.
