Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with the seal unbroken.
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded if the seal is broken or the item has been used:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact email] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Refunds are only granted for items received that are expired.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at iresolrise@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
